Fire insurance claims provide the OFC with accurate figures on property value, property loss, and the amounts paid out.  

Required Reports & Due Date

• Initial Claim Report - Unless immediately requested by OFC, the report is due within 7 days following the end of the month in which the fire occurred.
• Final Claim Report – Immediately reported once file claim is complete.
