  • Fire Safety Inspections (2014) Regulation M.R. 208/2014 - The new regulation requires that a local authority ensure that a fire safety inspection of a high-hazard industrial occupancy (a building classified under the Manitoba Building Code as belonging to Group F, Division 1) within its boundaries is conducted at a minimum of 1 inspection during August 11, 2014 - July 1, 2017 and a minimum of 1 inspection during every 24 month period after July 1, 2017.
